Here’s my HOW TO in rising up like the powerfully resilient and gorgeous ditch-flower you are. Like these day Lillies and blue things (I’m no flower-knower)… I just know they pretty.

So, yeah….Step 1: Acknowledge you’ve been through worse.
Step 2: Think about each of those “struggles” molded you into the badass and fine-tuned-in woman you are
Step 3: Throw your head up as you realize every struggle you’ve moved through - they were all for you, babe. Every single one, placed in your path with love, to help you BECOME the woman you’re meant to become.

THEN BECOME HER.

Every day. You GET TO peel back layer after layer between you and the highest version of yourself.

You get to rise and bloom in whatever circumstances you find yourself (ditch or otherwise) - because there’s nothing that’s not happening for you in this very moment.
